Terms:
70% of fee required to book a date. Balance due of remaining fees upon arrival of consultant on site. Travel expense will be included as part of speaking or consulting fee based upon two persons traveling first class. Per diem fees will be based upon actual booking costs when possible and include a minimum of two days stay at a 4 star hotel, surface transportation, incidentals, and meal allowance of $125 per day. Locations in high-rate markets may be subject to increased per diem rates. All travel charges and estimates will be communicated by email, mail, messenger service or other certified delivery service as part of the contract for services. Any charges or fees collected not used will be refunded to the client. If the client has pre-arranged travel packages, deals, or partners, please inform SPAN Consulting Group prior fee payment – we want to work within your business practices when we can.
The above travel arrangements allow our consultants to remain productive when traveling. Due to the nature of our consulting business, our consultants spend a great amount of time traveling and we’ve learned through experience that the above specifications help keep of consultants healthy and productive when on client sites.
